Em-Broadcast (EMB) will usually go through the following steps when beginning a new project:
- Step One: Review a "Scope-of-Project" documents which includes a detailed "To-Do" list and a timeline of work and payment requirements.
- Step Two: Assemble email lists within targeted areas.
- Step Three: Determine the "Sender Identities" to be used in the broadcasts
- Step Four: Design the first broadcast template:
a. Test messages "Subject Text" for open-rate:
b. Analyze test sends.
- Step Five: Broadcast the first campaign.
We want to develop the most effective email broadcast campaign for our clients Where this technology has been employed effectively, it has followed this process:
- Deliver a "series" of broadcasts in order to:
- Identify the recipients who open "multiple" emails;
- Identify the subjects/content that generates the most interest/opens;
- Identify the best call-to-action approach;
- Develop an "identity" with the recipients that valuable to them. At first, the "identity" of the sender is more important than the message.
- Follow a "process" with each broadcast that will maximize the opens. This involves "subject text" testing and other steps discussed above to maximize the opens within a normal timeline (7 to 10 days).
